The staff was really good, especially the front desk team. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view that exceeded my expectations.

The location of the hotel was incredible, in the middle of jackson. They offered us nice meals, had good choice of options to choose from;))

I was really disappointed that the hotel did not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, something I have come to expect at other places. I found the dining options to be quite expensive. I ended up paying $42 for just a simple breakfast. On top of that, I encountered some billing issues where I was charged extra fees that were not disclosed at check-in.

There was no complimentary breakfast, and the pricing at the Bistro felt quite steep for what it offered. A little more variety and value there would definitely improve the experience. I found the bathroom a bit chilly without proper heating. Despite these issues, I enjoyed the Starbucks downstairs for my morning caffeine fix. A refreshing stay despite some minor setbacks.

Just a reliable pick for a holiday in Pocatello with great value-to-price ratio. Enjoyed my time at the indoor pool, a nice way to relax after long days out. Keep an eye out for breakfast deals at the Bistro.

Really good staff greeted me upon arrival, and I was kinda surprised when they accommodated my request for a higher floor room. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, along with luxurious bedding and a variety of pillows. The shower was roomy and well-designed, and I appreciated the well-maintained public areas. On the downside, the location was a bit set back from the main road, and I had a minor issue with the TV volume not working initially, but staff promptly addressed it.
